Please complete and submit this simple form to register your new purchase of an Onyx stove or fire. You will need its serial number. Please refer to your User Instructions for help locating this number.

By registering your product, not only will you extend your appliance warranty you will help your retailer to provide their warranty to you on your new appliance.

Servicing reminders

It is an important condition of the Extended Warranty that your Onyx Stove or Fireplace is regularly serviced (every 12 months) by a suitably trained and qualified individual (GasSafe registered in the United Kingdom or equivalent in other countries).

Simply tick the service reminder box at the end of the registration form and every year throughout the duration of your warranty we will remind you when you next service is due.

Gas installations in England and Wales

It is a requirement of the Building Regulations 2010 that the installation of this appliance is notified to the Local Authority. It is the responsibility of the GasSafe registered installer to carry out this notification to the Local Authority via the GasSafe register Competent Persons Scheme in England and Wales (different rules apply in Scotland and Northern Ireland).

When the installation has been notified, GasSafe will send a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate to you containing details of the work completed. Please ensure that the person responsible for the installation of this appliance completes this notification and records it in the Appliance Commissioning Checklist on page 3 of the Installation Instructions provided with this appliance.

“Win the cost of your product” Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Draw entries are automatically made when a customer registers their stove or fire with Onyx online, subject to the conditions below.
  2. A second entry to the draw can also be made, if wished, by submitting a product review in our Owner Expo area.
  3. If a customer returns their order or purchase after registration, their entry will be invalid.
  4. The competition is not open to employees (or their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
  5. The prize is defined as the net cost paid to the authorised Onyx retailer (including VAT) of the product purchase only, as shown by the receipt to a maximum value of the RRP of the product at the time of purchase.
  6. The prize is non-transferable.
  7. A winner will be selected at random on the 1st of September annually after each draw has ended, and contacted via email or telephone thereafter. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, a new prize draw will take place.
  8. Each draw includes Product Registrations and Owner Expo’s submitted since the previous draw.
  9. All entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  10. The Stovax Heating Group reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
  11. These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. The decisions of Stovax Heating Group are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. This promotion is available to all registrations made in the UK, The Republic of Ireland, France, Netherlands and Belgium only.

The purpose and legal basis for the processing
We process your personal data by storage, viewing and registration.

The personal data stored by us will comprise the data entered on this form above.

The legal basis for the processing, of your registration details, is that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with your supplying dealer and to facilitate compliance with our legal obligations, under UK Consumer Legislation.

If you have consented to our provision of further information by ticking any of the three further boxes, then the legal basis is consent by yourself above.

It is necessary for us to collect the personal data in order to fulfil our legal requirements. You are not obliged to provide the personal data to us.

Who has access to your personal data?
The data is primarily used by the technical customer services departments. Members of management may also have selective access, but only where necessary as part of duties relating to managing your relationship with the Company.

For how long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the above mentioned purpose of the processing and for the further period necessary under UK law relating to the retention of documents for tax purposes. However, we do not store personal data longer than 7 years after the longest warranty period applicable to your appliance have elapsed.

Your rights
If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time. However, such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data based on the consent before the withdrawal. You have the right to request access to information regarding which of your personal data that is being processed and request rectification of your personal data. You also have the right to object to and request restriction of the processing concerning your personal data, as well as the right to request erasure of your personal data. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to another controller (data portability).
